Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

My first attempt was cheesecake stuffed strawberries. Sounds good, right? So first things first, and I went out and got ingredients. They consisted of vanilla extract, powdered sugar, strawberries, cookie crumbs, and cream cheese. 

Now, I’m not the best cook, but this sounded easy enough. And it was! It didn’t take more than 15 minutes to make, too, and they were pretty good, if I don’t say so myself. ;) Below is the final product, which doesn’t show all of them – it made quite a few! Let’s just say that some were lost in the process (someone had to taste test, right?).
